Jon Oltsik is an ESG senior principal analyst and the founder of the firm’s Information Security and Networking services. With 25 years of technology industry experience, Jon is widely recognized as an expert in threat and security management as well as all aspects of network security. Recently, Jon has been an active participant with cybersecurity issues, legislation, and technology within the U.S. federal government. Prior to joining ESG, Jon was the founder and principal of Hype-Free Consulting. He has also held senior management positions at GiantLoop Network, Forrester Research, Epoch Systems, and EMC Corporation.
Jon has an M.B.A. and a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. As an escape from cybersecurity intelligence and technology, he plays guitar in a rock-and-roll cover band.

Tina Stewart (@SocialTIS) joined Vormetric in January 2012 to take the company’s marketing programs to the next level. As head of marketing, she has enhanced Vormetric’s go-to-market strategy, up-leveled the company’s messaging platform, and spearheaded global branding efforts across analog and digital channels. Her marketing initiatives are direct contributors to Vormetric’s rapid revenue growth and its growing share of voice in the industry.
An innovator in B2B digital marketing and branding, who also has deep product marketing expertise in the enterprise information security and networking space, Stewart has successfully developed global go-to-market strategies for the past 15 years. She joined Vormetric from Lyris, Inc., where she was senior vice president of marketing. In that capacity, Stewart led the company's global branding initiative and launched its first iPhone/iPad application - Lyris HQ Mobile - which leveraged social, mobile and email marketing to achieve an 80% adoption rate. Prior to Lyris, Stewart ran Juniper Networks’ Digital Marketing Strategy and served as vice president of worldwide marketing for Network Associates. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations and a master’s degree in mass communication from San Jose State University.
