    Prior to Proofpoint, Dan led product management for Symantec’s SMB product line and was the senior director of product management for Norton’s core consumer security solutions. He’s also held senior product management positions in several groundbreaking security companies, including VP of Product Management for SaaS web security provider ScanSafe (Cisco), VP of Product Management for SaaS e-mail security pioneer FrontBridge (Microsoft), VP of Product Management for Breach Security (Trustwave), and senior technical/product management positions at Internet Security Systems (IBM) and Tivoli (IBM).
    Dan has a bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science from the University of California San Diego.

Today, he is responsible for Proofpoint’s Digital Brand Protection solutions, helping organizations protect their brands across social, mobile, web, and email communication channels. Mike holds an B.S in Engineering and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.

    Casey leads social media for Business Communications at Thomson Reuters. He works across the global digital landscape to deliver consistent and engaging digital experiences. Casey is the Chair of the Thomson Reuter Global Social Media Task Force, provides executive social media coaching, employee training, and manages social technology vendor relationships. Currently his focus is on digital oversight and governance, digital change managements, and social monitoring and crisis communications.

    He has also led social marketing for the Legal business of Thomson Reuters, where he spearheaded their social analytics integration to enable revenue attribution, custom experiences, and advanced metrics reporting. He served as editor of the Legal Solutions blog during which time he implemented a new editorial strategy which increased traffic on this well established blog by 175% in his first six months.

    Casey also regularly speaks about social analytics, digital strategy, corporate crisis management, and digital governance at conferences across the country. He also serves as adjunct faculty for the Digital Marketing program at the University of Wisconsin, and has delivered guest lectures including at the University of St. Thomas MBA program, and the Minnesota State Bar Association.

    Casey began his career as an attorney and enjoys a wide range of activities including: log-rolling, martial arts, curling, and mountain biking. He lives in Minneapolis with his genius wife, two sons, and two dogs.
