    Vince served for 25 years in the U.S. Navy as an electronic countermeasures officer and an Information Dominance Warfare Officer with a specialty in Intelligence where he held roles as an Information Assurance Manager (IAM) and Information Systems Security Officer (ISSM). He also served as the Senior Analyst for a counter-terrorism joint interagency task force, Officer-in-Charge of a cyber-intelligence analysis team tracking terrorist use of cyber-space and led a manned ISR Combined Task Group in the Middle East. Currently, he leads the cyber intelligence effort for Optum. Vince is passionate about training and education and is currently Community Faculty at Metropolitan State University in St. Paul Minnesota where he teaches a master’s course in Cyber Intelligence.
